The Food and Beverage Department at the Belfry comprises of 4 main outlets. The Ryder Restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience with its award-winning 2 AA rosettes a la carte menu. Serving up to 700 breakfasts, lunches, and dinners daily, the restaurant features a delightful hot and cold buffet for hotel guests and conference delegates. What sets the Ryder Restaurant apart is its unique theatre kitchen, where skilled chefs showcase their culinary artistry, preparing steaks and roasts right before the guests' eyes, adding excitement to the dining atmosphere.

Sam's Bar & Kitchen is the ultimate destination for sports enthusiasts and those seeking a vibrant atmosphere. With a fusion of clubhouse classics and unique culinary creations, guests can enjoy delectable sharing boards, juicy burgers, wings, wraps, pies, and fresh catches of the day. During the summer, the dining experience extends to the outdoor patio and bar, accommodating up to 250 guests at once and serving approximately 500 covers per day.

Rocca’s is our family-friendly Mediterranean restaurant. Relax in a casual environment and enjoy all the Mediterranean classics, handcrafted using only the highest quality, fresh and locally sourced ingredients by our chefs.

At the heart of The Belfry, The Brabazon Bar serves as a versatile meeting place throughout the day. Guests can indulge in light dishes and aromatic coffees in the morning, experience the tradition of afternoon tea in the afternoon, and enjoy a wide selection of cocktails crafted by skilled mixologists as the evening unfolds.

I started at The Belfry as an F&B Assistant 2 years ago and shortly after expressed my interest in learning and development. My manager supported me and helped me gain the right experience for this. I was promoted to Team Leader then Supervisor. I’ve been really lucky to be able to take part in the creation of the new cocktail menus we’ve created for the Brabazon Bar and it’s great that there’s always more things to learn and I have the opportunity to pass it onto others.

I joined the Belfry two years ago as a Senior Supervisor in 2021 and was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager in the Brabazon Bar – this was my biggest achievement being a part of such a successful department. Since I have joined there has been a huge drive in training with the different LEAD development programmes, and also I believe the Belfry to be massively ahead of the curve in things such as mental health awareness, making sure that the teams are cared for.
