All items get given ‘tags’ so it’s really simple to search for a topic you’re interested in, such as, guest service, wellness, profit, leadership and to ensure content is keep refreshed, it is continuously added to.
In November, we recognised those that have taken part in our career development programme, LEAD, and celebrated their achievements at the end of the programme with a Graduation ceremony. With almost 50 courses being delivered in 2024, 70 individuals from all areas of the hotel & resort graduated from Team Member to Head of Department level. Our learning culture continues to be the driving force in growing our future leaders and has resulted in over 50 promotions!
