Proud to say with dedication and a hands-on learning approach, we have recently had two of our Belfry Golf Operations team successfully complete their FdSc Professional Golf Studies programme, delivered by the University of Birmingham, and in partnership with The Professional Golfers' Association. Their achievement reflects a strong commitment to professional development across coaching, business, sports science, and practical golf industry training.

This year, 98 members of #TeamBelfry will join our LEAD development pathway which supports progression from Team Member to Head of Department, equipping individuals with the skills and confidence to grow within our resort. With senior leaders actively shaping the programme, LEAD delivers real impact and strengthens our future leadership across The Belfry. 

To support you to excel your career, our fully funded Apprenticeship programmes offer a hands-on learning experience that are available for all jobs in our resort. The programmes mean you have the opportunity to put knowledge into practice whilst gaining an industry recognised accredited qualification. Our Belfry Apprenticeships are the gateway to a promising future, equipping aspiring professionals with the tools to achieve excellence in their chosen area.
