Our resort boasts an impressive collection of 24 conference and banqueting rooms. These event spaces offer a comprehensive and stylish setting, perfect for hosting various types of gatherings, from intimate board meetings to large-scale corporate events which have included celebrity golf days, themed outdoor BBQ events and large weddings. 13 years ago, I was running my own pub and my experience was transferrable when I joined the meeting & events team. I was promoted to Coordinator, then Senior Coordinator. My biggest achievement is that I have grown and gained confidence in what I am doing. When I first started, I made mistakes, but I learnt from them. My Managers are supportive and taught me lots of things enabling me to grow. When new people join The Belfry, I give them the benefits of my experience here

My journey at The Belfry began at 16, initially in M&E, working weekends during college. I secured a contract at 18 and progressed from junior to senior coordinator with three promotions since 2013. Support from various M&E managers has been crucial. During my time here, The Belfry's significant changes include a more supportive people department with enhanced culture, development programs, and apprenticeships
