With their outstanding customer service skills, the team identifies opportunities to exceed expectations and enhance the overall guest experience. Whether it's assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, providing information about the resort's amenities and services, or addressing any concerns or requests, our reception team & guest services team is committed to ensuring that no task is too big or too small when it comes to meeting our guests' needs. I joined The Belfry as a Receptionist in 2013 before progressing to a Team Leader and then 3 years later I progressed to be Assistant Front of House Manager. My biggest achievement has been progressing in my role whilst raising my two children. My favourite thing about working at the Belfry is my colleagues who I have worked with over the years and many of whom have become very good friends.

I joined The Belfry 5 years ago as a Guest Services Assistant and I think my biggest achievement was when I was award Belfry Hero which was totally unexpected but thoroughly appreciated. The Belfry’s greatest asset is its people. I have been very fortunate to have stayed in quality hotels all over the world and the Belfry staff take some beating. It’s what guests comment on the most and there have been a number of initiatives to show that the Belfry cares for their team.

I joined The Belfry in F&B whilst at university but wanted start in the working world, so joined full time and moved to Reception in 2023. I love working here mostly because of the development opportunities and the high standards of work, as well as the closeness of the team; we all trust each other. If you are willing, professional and serious about what you want to do, then the Belfry is for you! It is positive, professional, hard work, and it’s worth it if the guests have great experiences.
