I have been working at the Belfry for over 26 years. I started as a coffee waitress, worked my way through Sales. Few years down the line I decided to move to Reservations and was then promoted to Resort Desk Manager, and I stayed in that role for almost 19 years. I was recently promoted to Revenue Manager, and it is my job to ensure that our strategy is right for now and how we get it right for ‘the new Belfry’.
I started at The Belfry in 2022 and had great support and training from my manager and the whole team who are always there when you need them. In my time here, my biggest achievement has been winning the Belfry Hero Award where every month, the team vote for who has contributed the most to the resort. I love the culture working here and how all the teams come together to make the guest journey more special and important but mostly, my favourite thing is my team.
