I came over form the Caribbean in 2015 and started at the Belfry in 2016 and have worked in Food & Beverage, Greenkeeping, Gardening, Mechanics and in 2021, I was offered the role as Supervisor in CDP where we manage all deliveries, stock and waste control. I’ve been really supported with help of the LEAD management development programme and there are so many benefits in place now, in terms of mental health support and training.
I joined The Belfry in 2017 and started in the Brabazon Bar 6 years ago before joining the Accounts team as Accounts Assistant. The Belfry has supported by development and I am doing my Accountancy Qualification and the whole Finance team and People Team is great in supporting me with my learning. The apprenticeship programme is really good as well as The Belfry Campus and e-learning which continues to help me learn. I love the environment and the people here at The Belfry and everyone is friendly, the culture is really warm.
