If you recently booked a round of golf that was:
Cancelled by The Belfry
Rained off (as confirmed on our course information line or by the Golf Shop)
Affected by thunder and lightning (where the claxon was sounded)
Deemed unplayable by our Head Greenkeeper due to snow, ice or fog
Please complete the form below using the name of the lead booker. A member of our Golf Operations Team will review your request and be in touch.
Vouchers will NOT be issued if you choose not to play or leave the course of your own accord
If your booking was made through a corporate membership scheme, please contact your provider directly to rearrange your round
Any voucher issued is at the discretion of The Belfry
