After a spellbinding first year in 2025, The Belfry's Haunted Woodlands returns for October Half Term 2026, bigger, better and spookier than ever before.
Running from Friday 16th October to Sunday 1st November, the immersive Halloween adventure will once again transform the resort's Woodland Adventures, with even more interactive experiences, larger-than-life characters and family-friendly thrills awaiting guests.
Free for hotel guests, or priced from £7.50 per person for non-residents, guests can step into a world of spooky surprises, larger-than-life characters, interactive challenges and Halloween photo opportunities - the perfect trick-or-treat adventure for families of all ages.
At its centre is Professor Frank N Stein, who has created a laboratory deep within the woods. There’s just one problem - the final ingredient for his Party Potion has mysteriously disappeared. Families will journey through the Haunted Woodlands to help solve the mystery, meeting a weird and wonderful cast of characters along the way. From Winfred the Worst Witch to the mysterious Grave Digger, live performers will set challenges and reveal clues to help young adventurers track down the missing ingredient and bring the Halloween party to life.

Designed for space and comfort, the resort’s family bedrooms are all conveniently located, while its interconnecting rooms offer added flexibility for families who want extra space while staying together. For something truly special, choose the Brabazon House Suite which offers two bedrooms, a lounge area, and a large balcony overlooking the iconic Brabazon golf course.
Families can enjoy The Club, The Belfry’s state-of-the-art leisure centre with a swimming pool, flume and sprinklers for children, alongside a 25-metre lap pool, sauna, steam room and indoor and outdoor bubble pools for adults.
Throughout half term, families can experience go-karting, badminton, table tennis and shuffleboard together, alongside free activities including scavenger hunts, football, basketball and racket sports.
