This Father’s Day, from 2pm to 7pm, let our Sam’s Bar & Kitchen terrace transport you to the Balearics, with a live DJ spinning smooth, feel-good tracks to set the tone for an unforgettable afternoon.
Adding a touch of flair to the atmosphere are three live saxophone sets, performed throughout the day. The soulful sounds of the sax weave in seamlessly with the DJ’s set, creating a laid-back yet lively soundtrack that’s perfect for enjoying a few drinks, sharing stories, and simply soaking up the moment.

A Lunch to Remember
If there’s one thing most Dad’s have in common, it’s their love for food. And when it comes to Sunday lunch, we know how to put on a show. Treat your Dad to a meal fit for a king, with a three-course buffet lunch in The Ryder Restaurant.
To begin, tantalise your tastebuds with a starter like no other. From fresh, vibrant salads and delicately cured meats to succulent seafood and comforting seasonal soups, each option is crafted to delight. The only challenge? Resisting the temptation to overindulge before your main course.
Next comes the main event, an indulgent spread of mouth-watering hand-carved meats, coupled with a selection of hearty roasted vegetables, each crafted with quality and care, and gravy so good you’ll want to go back for more.
To close the show, a selection of dainty desserts, each skilfully created by our pastry chefs and hand-finished with a generous sprinkle of love. They’re too good to resist!
