A Taste of Excellence: Tom Shepherd Joins the Belfry Classic Golf Day We’re proud to have Michelin-starred chef and Great British Menu winner, Tom Shepherd, curating the menu for our inaugural Belfry Classic Golf Day with support from our very own Executive Head Chef, Robert Bates. Together, they’re crafting a show-stopping three-course gala dinner that celebrates the best of British culinary talent. Yes, Tom’s award-winning ‘No Ordinary Schoolboy’ dessert will be on the menu and trust us, it’s every bit as extraordinary as it sounds. Held on May 22nd, this exclusive event pairs the drama of the Brabazon course with unforgettable food, entertainment and connection, all in support of @mndassoc and @hospitalityaction A heartfelt thank you to both Tom and Robert for bringing their passion and precision to the table. We can’t wait to serve up something truly special.
