Competitions and Prize Draws
These are the terms and conditions for The Belfry prize draws and should be read together with rules of entry for the individual prize draw which together are the terms which apply between the Promoter, The Belfry Hotel & Resort, whose registered office is Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield, B76 9PR (‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’) and the entrant (‘you, ‘your’).
There is no entry fee, and no purchase necessary to enter our prize draws.
12 Sleeps 'til Christmas giveaways
One prize available each day for successful completion of survey. Prizes include:
12 sleeps
One Belfry shirt signed by Danny Willett. Size S, L or XL. Prize must be claimed by 31st March 2023.
11 sleeps
20% off all overnight stay gift vouchers. Expiry date 31st March 2023. Gift vouchers have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and non-refundable. Subject to availability, must be pre-booked and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please hand your voucher into Reception on arrival.
10 sleeps
Large bucket of balls at Toptracer Driving Range. Large bucket contains 120 balls. Clubs can be provides by the Driving Range. For non golfers and golfers. Subject to availability. Must be booked in advance. Prize excludes drinks and any extras. Prize must be claimed by 31st May 2023.
9 sleeps
Bottle of Belfry's own 1960 gin. Must be 18 years or older. Available for collection from Reception or can be posted. Prizes must be claimed by 31st March 2023.
8 sleeps
3 x 3-day leisure passes. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Voucher to be presented upon redemption. Vouchers cannot be resold and can only be used once. First day of pass use must be booked. All passes to be taken within ten days of your first visit. Excludes Fire & Ice Experience. Required to meet a Leisure Club Membership Advisor on the first day of the 3-day pass. The Belfry reserves the right to refuse entry. Prize must be claimed by 31st May 2023.

Bed and Breakfast with free golf or spa only £119 per room with code 'XMASTREAT'. Includes an overnight stay with full English breakfast, plus a free round on The Derby or Fire & Ice Experience. Available to stay between 19th-23rd December. Offer is available for new bookings only. Based on two people sharing a room. Fire & Ice is a 60-minute experience which must be prebooked before arrival and to be taken between 4pm - 5pm on the same day as arrival. Fire & Ice is not suitable for pregnant guests. Offer is subject to availability. Full payment due at booking stage, non-refundable and non-cancellable. Tranquil Spa Break for 2. Includes an overnight stay, full English breakfast, 35-minute spa treatment and 3 course buffet dinner in Ryder Grill. Subject to availability. Prize excludes drinks and any extras. Spa treatment times need to be reserved prior to your stay. Please inform us of any allergies, injuries, or any medical concerns that the spa should be aware of prior to your arrival. Expiry 30th June 2023.

Sunday Lunch for 4 in Ryder Grill. Served between 12:30pm-3:30pm. Subject to availability. Must be prebooked. Cannot be used on certain promotional days including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Easter Sunday. Prize must be claimed by 31st May 2023.
3 sleeps
Family break. Includes an overnight stay for for 2 adults and 2 children, full English breakfast, dinner and use of all free family activities. Subject to availability. We request a 2 hour dining time for all guests. Children aged 12 and under dine from Kid’s menu. Children’s swimming times apply. Sports Camp activities are extra. Prize excludes drinks and any extras. Expiry 30th June 2023.

Afternoon Tea for 2 in Brabazon Bar. Subject to availability. Must be prebooked. Cannot be used on certain promotional days including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Easter Sunday. Prize excludes any extras. Prize must be claimed by 31st May 2023.

Sunday Driver, 1 night 2 rounds with dinner. Available Sundays only. Subject to availability. Includes an overnight stay, full English breakfast, 3 course dinner in Ryder Grill and 2 rounds of golf. Choose from The Brabazon & PGA National, The Brabazon & The Derby, or PGA National & The Derby. Prize excludes drinks and any extras. Prizes must be taken by 30th June 2023.
Standard Belfry Terms and conditions apply. Black out dates apply. Prizes are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
Who can enter
Any entry requirement will be included in the individual prize draw rules. We will use any personal information you provide in accordance with these terms and conditions and with our privacy policy. The Belfry Hotel & Resort prize draws are not open to our employees or anyone associated with us, including members, directors, employees or agents of affiliated or subsidiary companies or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw. Entrants must be 18 years old or over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the permission of their parent or guardian to enter.
How to enter/what we cannot accept
Please read the rules for the entry requirements and details of the formats required for entry. Strictly only one entry per person, per day is allowed to the prize draws. Duplicate entries are invalid and will not be entered. The opening and closing date for entries will be in the prize draw rules. No entries will be accepted after the closing date. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received.
Winners and prizes
The winners will be chosen at random. We reserve the right to withdraw, reduce or change the prize without notice. The Belfry is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this draw.
You may not give, or ask us to give your prize to someone else.
The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. All prizes must be claimed within twenty-eight (28) days of our notification of winning and redeemed within 6 months unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing by The Belfry management. We reserve the right to award prizes unclaimed after this period to alternative prize winners or not to award them at all and we shall have no liability in respect of the entry initially selected. Any prize which is returned as undelivered will be used for another competition or sent to charity.
All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash will be awarded in lieu of that prize or part of it. If you win, you permit us to use your name in any publicity material.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for loss or damage arising out of each winner’s acceptance, or enjoyment of their prize.
We reserve the right to cancel the prize draw, or amend these terms and conditions without notice. Our decision in all aspects of the prize draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
