Our kitchens

Welcome to The Belfry's Kitchens! We are a diverse and dynamic team of over 50 chefs, working across five different kitchens to deliver exceptional cuisine and dining experiences to our guests.

We have the Ryder Grill, our flagship restaurant that has earned 2 AA rosettes for its outstanding a la carte menu. The Ryder Grill also serves up to 700 breakfasts, lunches and dinners a day with a fantastic hot and cold buffet offering for our hotel guests and conference delegates. Our team of skilled chefs are passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create innovative and delicious dishes that delight our guests.

We have a further four other food outlets, each with its own unique focus. Sam's Clubhouse offers high-volume, classic pub-style dining, while Rocca's is our Italian pizza and pasta restaurant, catering to families and spa guests. The Brabazon Bar serves handcrafted afternoon teas created by our talented pastry chefs. The Pastry Kitchen is a small but perfectly formed kitchen that produces desserts, pastries, cakes and sweet treats for the whole resort.

In addition to our restaurants, we have a large banqueting kitchen team. The Banqueting team are part of making so many people’s big days special – delivering hundreds of corporate lunches and dinners, meals for celebrities at award events, and catering for weddings and parties, our banqueting chefs ensure events are seamless and memorable.
